REVIEW : Laneige BB Cushion !

Hello lovies. Hope you're all doing well this weekend. If you keep up with my Facebook like page [ here ], then you know I have to get rid of the lavender hair for awhile. I lightened it today and it's mostly blonde, but has a green tint to it. I may not go back to lavender once the wedding I am going to be in is over, but really would like to venture into other pastel colors.

Today, I'll be reviewing my newest BB cushion, which has also become my favorite cushion as well. I used to use the Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion [ review here ], but now I've been using this a lot more. It's amazing!

Click below to read more about this product.

Laneige has three color choices to choose from and since my skin tone is light, I got the light option. It lists on the front and top of the box that this BB Cushion has SPF 50+, Broad Spectrum, and Sunscreen. Since the summer months are upon me, this is really REALLY good. The sun beats the mess out of my fair skin, so having a high SPF help reduce any chances of sun burn.

If you'd like to see a review of the medium colored BB Cushion, head on over to Sample Hime where Tiffany has reviewed the medium version of this BB Cushion.

The best part about Target, which was where I purchased this from, is that they gave an extra BB Cushion refill with the BB Cushion. I don't know if Laneige has always done this with their BB Cushions, but this saves me another $20-30 when the once already installed in the Cushion Case runs out.

Laneige thankfully lists everything in English.

Let's move on to the actual BB Cushion!

I don't really have to go into how sleek and classy this product looks. White on silver. Nothing spectacular to those who love the cutest of packaging, but I love looking over at my vanity and seeing this sitting there with my other Laneige products. I love the clean look this BB Cushion gives off.

L & R : Laneige Puff Back & Front

The puff looks like a standard BB Cushion puff with the exception that this puff is super soft. I also don't find that this puff absorbs the product before you apply it to your face.

As with all BB cushions, there is a separator for the Cushion and the puff.

As well as a sticker protecting the cushion before usage.

The actual BB cream is much thicker than I had imagined.

BB Cushion applied to hand.

I admit, the BB Cushion looks darker on my hand than it does on my face.
It also has a fairly strong perfumey scent to it, but eventually, the smell does fade and you won't smell it any longer. That is unless you're really sensitive to smells.

The BB Cushion really evens out my skin tone and makes my skin brighter. It even covered up my freckles pretty well. I probably could have gotten much fuller coverage if I had added another layer.

I like this BB Cushion so much more than my Etude House one. Despite the thickness of this BB cream and the purfumey smell, this applies like a dream. The puff does not absorb the product much at all. The packaging is sleek and clean. It left my face with a bit of a dewy complextion, which I don't mind at all. And I didn't notice any movement in the BB Cushion during wear time. I was able to wear this for about 8-9 hours without noticing any splotches.

I really don't have many complaints about this BB Cushion other than the price. It's $34 plus tax to buy it at my local Target, which isn't really that much considering you get a replacement BB Cushion for when you run out of the first one. I wish they sold just the refills. Once I run out of both the cushions, I'll have to go and purchase another set.

Great Coverage.
Applies Wonderfully.
Sleek and Clean.
Wear Time Great.

Pricey, and since U.S. Targets just recently started selling Laneige products, a lot of times, these BB Cushions are always out of stock.

If you'd like to try this product for yourself :

Hope you've enjoyed this review!

Have a wonderful week! And if I don't tell you on Friday, Happy 4th of July!
