REVIEW : Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Pack !

Hello lovies. Hope you're all doing well! I finally got my photo editing software back up and running after having to sweep my laptop of all the viruses and things that didn't need to be on here. My laptop is working much faster now, so I'm hoping to quit with this hiatus I've been on.

The Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Pack was my first full sized Laneige product ( remember those samples of the gloss Memebox sent? ). I originally wanted to get the Strawberry Yogurt Pack they used to have, but I couldn't find it anywhere online. I realized that the Multiberry Yogurt Pack was probably a replacement for it... and I am NOT complaining.

REVIEW: Skin Food Olive Mask! [ SPONSORED ]

Hello again my lovies. I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day! I spent my weekend with my family & then went back down to Louisiana to spend Saturday evening/Sunday morning with my BFF for her birthday. It really was fun!

Today, I'll be reviewing Skin Food's Olive Mask sponsored by Momomango!

The label is made out of this really pretty green paper that is held around the top of the container with a thread rubber band with the information on it. Super cute packaging for  sure. I love the printed olives around the edges of the paper label.

The cap is also printed with the name of the mask. It's a plastic lid that twists off.

A matte tan colored lid. It feels smooth. As you can see, the container is glass. It's quite heavy, too.

[ DESCRIPTION ]

SKINFOOD Olive Mask

A mask pack that is applied thinly and keeps moisture onto the skin to relieve severe dryness, flakiness and puffiness with Spanish Olive Oil.

Spanish Olive Oil : The oil pressed from olives from sunny Mediterranean area is enriched with vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids.

To Use : Apply an ample amount onto the face and massage gently, focusing on area where more dead skin cells have piled up. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Some information about Spanish Olive Oil :

Olive oil is super rich in vitamins & antioxidants with help in the neutralizing of free radicals [ atoms that oxidize & help aging ] which is damaging to your skin. It's high in healthy fats. Olive Oil is a wonderful moisturizer. It improves the elasticity of your skin and prevents dryness.

INGREDIENTS ]

Carprylic/Carpric Triglyceride, Kaolin, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Sucrose, Butrospermum, Parkii ( Shea Butter ), Euphorbia Cerifera ( Cadelilla ) Wax, Sorbitan Laurate, Octyldodedeth-25, Decyltertradeceth-25, Beeswax, peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Olea Eurpaea ( Olive ) Fruit Oil, Persea Cratissima ( Avocado ) Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Water, Butylparaben, CI 42090, CI 15985, Parfum.

So along with the Spanish Olive Oil, we have, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, & Macadamia Oil. All wonderful for your skin.

Upon opening the container, there is a protective lid to ensure that there is no mess when storing the product. You can also see how green this mask actually is.

Just a small swatch of the mask onto my hand. It definitely smells really earthy, very much like an olive would. There is no strong perfumes. If you're not into earthy smells, then you probably won't like the smell of this mask.

Upon giving the mask a rub into my skin, I noticed that there were little grains in this mask for exfoliation. I don't think I would just call this a mask. It's more of an exfoliating mask.

When I use this mask, I like to make sure my skin is clean & dry & apply this mask when I feel my skin needs that extra boost in moisture. I apply it all over my face, lightly exfoliate for 2-3 minutes, then leave for another 10 if the moisture is needed.  I really do like how moisturized my skin was after rinsing this off. I used a brush to apply this mask & I noticed that even with washing, the mask was hard to wash out without more than one washing.

It's super oily, so for those with already oily skin, I do not recommend this product for you.
If you have combo skin like me, I wouldn't leave it on for very long.
If you have dry skin, I HIGHLY recommend buying this mask!

My only issue with this mask was that it made this skin around my nose itch after awhile of leaving it on. It may have been that my nose is a typically dry part of my face, but that was the only spot on my face that did this.

4/5

I enjoy this mask, especially when I haven't washed my face in a day or so & can feel how dry my skin has become. The added exfoliate factor is pretty cool. It's labeled as a mask, but also seems to double as a mask. I just wish this mask wouldn't make my skin itch around my nose. The scent doesn't bother me either, but I don't know what Olives actually smell like without being pickled. :P

If you'd like to try this out :

Along with this mask, there are other mask similar to this one that I would love to try out. They all come in these super cute containers!

I hope you've enjoyed this review.
I hope you have a wonderful day!

REVIEW: Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet!

Good morning darlings. Hope your week is passing by gracefully. With the September month, I was hoping for it to start getting much colder around where I live, but it seems the heat index isn't budging much. I'm just ready for the cold weather! Scarves, hoodies, blankets, bon fires, the whole nine! What about you? Are you a Fall/Winter junkie like me? Anyway, today I'll be reviewing Holika Holika's Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet!

Let me start off by saying that I don't like feet. I don't even like my own. The only feet I like is little mans feet. When I was capable of going to a salon & getting a pedicure, I would go. For awhile, I didn't want anyone touching my feet, but caved when I got sick & tired of the way my feet look. I primarily wear flip flops, so my feet are exposed to a lot of people. I also walk around barefoot a lot, which ties in to why my feet are the way they are now.  I initially thought this was going to be the peeling foot mask, but I'm not upset at all. This product works pretty dang well for it's price.

I like the awesome pictorial on how to use this sheet mask. Especially the last picture. Shiny, baby soft feet? Sounds exciting!

[ DESCRIPTION ]

Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask Sheet
Highly enriched essential foot sheet which makes your feet fresh and moist.

[ HOW TO USE ]
1. Wash your feet cleanly and dry them.
2. Divide foot mask sheet into two pieces along the dot line, put your foot into non-woven fabric with essence and wear it.
3. After wearing foot mask sheet, please massage your feet for the essence to be absorbed.
4. After 15~20 minutes, remove foot mask sheet and tap remaining essence softly for absorption.
*Use as a disposable item.

Pretty straight forward directions. Just a heads up, I didn't take pictures of my feet before or after using the sheet mask. I am not in any way comfortable with my feet, so I had no intentions on taking pictures of them. However, I will tell you how they were before the sheet mask & after its use.

[ BEFORE USE ]

My heels are pretty dry; have a few cracks in them. Sometimes, I'll get a random patch of dead skin around the inner parts of my foot. My biggest toe is a little rough as well. I try my best to give myself a mini-pedicure every week or every other week depending on how much time I have to waste.

Here's what the mask looks out of the packaging. At first, I wasn't sure if the essence was encased in something like this & that I was going to have to wrap my feet up with plastic bags, but I'm super happy they've already taken that step out of the equation. The masks come attached to each other & you tear them down the middle, by the ankle point, to get them apart. On the inside is a thin, mesh material, that allows the essence to soak into your feet correctly. I found it a little difficult to walk at first, but as time progressed, it got much easier.

It's not quite my bare feet, but here's my feet with the mask on them. The protective plastic covering is really innovative! I didn't expect that at all.

[ AFTER USE ]

I found my feet much softer than before, but this isn't a quick fix at all. I'd recommend this product to someone who regularly gets pedicures & has a day where they feel their feet need a little pick me up if you're unable to get to a salon or don't have the time. This worked well with getting my feet quite soft, but the results only lasted a few days for me. Being a person who is used to not wearing shoes when you don't have to, the results didn't stay long. It may be my fault, but overall, this is a good product for getting softer feet in less than 30 minutes!

I'm going to have to give this product a 3/5 since the results didn't last as long as I'd hope they would. I'm thinking next time, I should purchase the peeling liquid as well as a few of these to keep the baby soft feet I actually like. [ I admit, I'd allow someone else, besides the ladies at the salons, to touch my feet if they were baby soft all the time, LOL ].

REVIEW: The Body Shop Vitamin E Sink-In Moisture Mask!

Good morning lovelies. Hope you've enjoyed your weekends. I had a pretty enjoyable weekend. Helped two of my friends move into their new house & I couldn't be more happier for them! Anywho, today I'm reviewing The Body Shop's Vitamin E Sink-In Moisture Mask!

My mother got this for me when they were having a sale. I really like the Vitamin E line they have & decided to try out their face mask from that line. Vitamin E is amazing. It's one of the most powerful antioxidant vitamins you can put on your face! With that, you'd think this mask is nothing short of amazing.

The mask is slightly thick, as it applies really nicely to the skin. It has a slight pink color [ as do all of the Vitamin E products from The Body Shop ].

[ DESCRIPTION ]

Sink some antioxidant Vitamin E into your skin. Bring skin back to optimum moisture level with this intensely hydrating mask.

[ HOW TO USE ]

Apply a thin layer over your face and leave on for ten minutes. Tissue off excess or blend into skin.

[ NET WT. ] 3.38 oz

The mask is nice. It has a light scent. As for moisturizing... IT'S AMAZING. It's such a great mask to use practically every day or every other day, especially if you live with dry skin. Perfect for the fall & winter seasons. However... [ yes, there's a however ] the description says to either wipe off excess or blend into skin. I, personally, WILL NOT blend this into my skin any longer. I've noticed as I've tried to "blend" it starts to form small balls of... dirt.. skin? I'm not sure, but it takes something off of my skin I wasn't looking forward to taking off. It's not that it's a HUGE problem, I just wasn't expecting this product to do that. It's still a wonderful mask none the less.

Overall, I'd still use this mask multiple times a week, as it's moisturizing properties are amazing. I plan to try more mask products from The Body Shop soon. Their Tea Trea Face Mask sounds pretty cool, even though my mom swears she'd never put anything like that on her face. It's top-rated, so it HAS to be good! :D
If you want to try this:

Vitamin E Sink-In Moisture Mask [ x ] USD $22.00

The current sale going on:

Or

I'm giving this  4/5 for the odd skin/dirt that seems to rub off when I try to blend this into my skin. Still a wonderful product that I'd continuously use.

Hope you've enjoyed this review!

Hope you have a wonderful day, have an even better one tomorrow!
