REVIEW : NYX Macaron Lippies !

Hello again my lovies. Hope you're all doing swell.
I've finally finished editing all the photos needed for this review. It took me DAYS to finish. It may have been how immensely tired I've been while trying to editing photos, I don't know, but tonight, I'm happy to be reviewing these amazing lippies!

NYX came out with these Macaron Lippies not too long ago. I reviewed some Lime Crime Lippes awhile back and as you know, those lipsticks are $16.00 USD a pop. Pretty pricey. Great quality, but pricey.

The price tag for these babies? A measly $6.00 USD per lipstick.
NOT BAD! My wallet was happy that I was able to buy 9 of these lipsticks for less than $50.00 USD.

I'll be going in color order for these.

Let's Start!

Taken From NYX Description.

"Fantasize in color with our neon and pastel lippies in 12 of the creamiest shades you’ll ever use. Our cruelty-free formula is packed with pigment and has a satin matte finish for long-wearing resilience."

"What it is: Creamy and highly pigmented pastel and neon colored lipsticks.

What it does: Creates various, pastel and neon lip looks.

Why we love it: These pastel and neon lipsticks come in 12 creamy shades, smell delicious, and add an eccentric pop of color to any look.

How to use: Apply as desired."

"

"MALS 12 ONLY:

Each of the lipsticks come in your usual bullet tube. They're twist up with a clear section to differentiate the colors. The packaging feels a little cheap, but these being only $6.00, I can understand why.

I'll go through each lippie in color order.
Click on the pictures for a closer look at the swatches.

Coconut - White

Rose - Lavender Pink

Pistachio - Mint Green

Earl Grey - Powder Blue

Blue Velvet - Electric Blue

Lavender - Lavender

Violet - Royal Purple

Black Sesame - Light Gray

Chambord - Black

I opted out of three of the colors due to the fact that I didn't think I would wear them.
They are :

Orange Blossom - Orange                     Citron - Yellow

Key Lime - Lime Green

Out of all the colors I bought, I can't possibly pick a favorite. Granted, some people might not deem most of them as "daytime wear" I feel I can wear just about any of these lippies out. These lippies are well pigmented and apply smoothly to the lips. The color choices they give definitely compare to some higher ended lipsticks. At $6.00 USD for each, these lippies are a steal, especially since they are so well pigmented and last for 3-5 hours without eating or drinking. My only concern is the cheap packaging, but with the attention to the actual product, I can overlook such packaging.

Affordable [ $6.00 USD each ]
Plenty of Color Options.
Opaque.
Creamy.
Good Wear Time.

Flimsy Packaging.

So, if you're looking for bold, bright colored lips at a decent price, I do suggest looking into NYX's Macaron Lippies. For my international lovies, the NYX website doesn't directly ship via their website and I HIGHLY recommend you don't try to purchase from their website. They will charge you. Instead, you can sign up over at MyUS, which will allow you to shop for NYX Cosmetics as well as many other US webstores based in the US. To check out more information on NYX and the MyUs website, check them out here.

Hope you've enjoyed this review!
Have a wonderful day!
