Another TesterKorea Haul..!

Here's what kicked off my No-Buy lovies. I only bought one of these hauls, but it was enough to make me want to go on one. I hope I can keep up with it, aside from buying the occasional Memebox to keep up with that. We ALL know they spit out boxes super quickly!

Onto the hauls!

HAUL: Sephora!

Lovies, I don't know what happened. I had to take a quick trip to my local mall for my boyfriend & remembered that I needed to pick a gift up for my bestie... & I got a little carried away. This was, by far, my most expensive makeup haul to date... & I don't regret a thing.

MALL HAUL: Forever21 & Journey's!

Hello again my lovies. As I said in my last review, I'd be back with a Mall Hall post! My first haul of the new year. I'm starting to buy more clothing items now since I had this fear I'd always just wear what I had. There's so many cute clothing options for bigger women like me that there is NO EXCUSE for me not to be able to dress as cutely as I want to be. I think one of my New Year's Resolutions is to limit my spending but buy an equal amount of clothing as I do cosmetics, so that I'm able to have enough of each.

Let's start with what I purchased at Forever21.

I have been searching high & low for a well fitting blazer & I just so happened to be searching around the coats & found one right for me. I'm super happy about this since I've been looking for this exact style of blazer for years.

The inside is a faux silk material.

Also with "pockets" for decoration. They don't open.

This blazer retails for $32.80 & was the most expensive item I purchased at Forever21.

I picked up this super comfy mustache sweater. I'm not a huge fan of mustaches, but I like how simple & cute it looks as well as how comfy the material of the sweater is. Soft!

Anyone who loves mustaches would love this.

This sweater retails for $22.80 but was on sale for $15.99.

Next, I bought this pretty blue & black knit long sleeved top. I was hoping to find another color, but this was all they had. I might have loved this better in white or creme, but I still love the overall look of this top.

The detail is super pretty. I'm not sure how to describe it.

Next, I decided on getting this Ivory Knit Top after deciding that I could wear a strapless bra with it & it would look really cute with some jeggings.

I was wary of the lace detailed top, but I will try my best to style it accordingly.

The last shirt I bought from Forever21 is a Logo Top. It looks a bit more tough than what I would normally go for, but I love how comfortable I feel while wearing this.

The logo is pretty cool.

The shoulders have this sort of faux suede material that almost makes it look like leather.

This next item I almost bought one time before when I thought they were on sale, but came back when I got an email that all booties & boots are 50% off.

Aren't these adorable! I'm so happy I decided to bring these to the checkout counter for a second opinion on if they were on sale, bc one sales associate told me they weren't listed under "bootie" so thank you to the awesome cashier/worker/sales associate that checked me out that day. I love these so much. 

These are taupe wedges with faux sheep fur around the flipped top of the shoes. Super comfy as well.

These wedges retail for $36.80 but I got them on sale for about $18 and some change.

Really successful haul from there.

Next & last item I bought was from Journey's.

Leopard print Vans! I needed a better work shoe than flip flops & decided I needed a pair of lace up shoes period. I was worried these would make me look like I had clown feet, but they don't at all. These are very comfortable & I look forward to wearing these.

Well, that's pretty much it for my first Mall Haul of 2014. I love everything I bought so much.

Hello my lovies! I put in some work this November & bought a good amount of stuff. I finally have received everything I ordered last month & have decided to compile it into one post. 

As you can see from the top banner, I purchased a lot of Etude Houses new Princess Etoinette line, which I'm super excited to review for you.

This was probably the first website that had almost all of the Princess Etoinette collection. I almost didn't get the nude color from the Etoinette collection. I was planning to get the red colored lipstick, but made the assumption I wouldn't really wear that color. BEST DECISION EVER!

I'd been eyeing up the BB Cleansing Oil for quite sometime & decided it was finally time to get it. The Strawberry Yogurt Mask is a substitute for a Laneige product. I was also eyeing up the palette as well. I had a few credits when I bought these, so I'm really happy I got all of this for less than $20.

I already purchased Suedeberry months back & Lime Crime was having an awesome Black Friday sale going on. The website was having so many issues while I was trying to purchase these since they are in such high demand, but with a little patience & persistence, I was able to successfully add both to my cart & purchase within 30 minutes. They were on sale for $14 & had a promo code for another 30% off the entire order!

Ahh, so much! Probably one of the biggest hauls I've made in the last few months. I have another one already planned for next month thanks to TesterKorea having an awesome sale going on. I'd take advantage before the 20th arrives.

ACCESSORIES HAUL: Forever21, Charlotte Rousse, Ulta!

Beautiful babies!

Just posting a quick mini-haul of what I purchased today at the mall. I initially went in looking for a black lace dress for a Halloween party I'm attending this weekend, but decided some accessories would suffice & that I would find something out of my own clothes to wear. NIFTY!

Let's start with Forever21 !

I've been in search for some cute midi-rings for awhile & luckily, Forever21 now carries them. I bought the Hope bracelet bc I love the link chain SO MUCH!

Next, Charlotte Russe. I bought a ton of headbands! Thankfully they were having an accessory sale!

Cutie rose kitty ears.

Gold & diamond devil horns. Love these.

Spikes! I didn't know one was missing but it's a good thing I don't plan to wear this all the time!

Gold & Pearl kitty ears. I have to do work on this one as well. I might replace the pearls with other pearls. I've been looking for one of these forever. I can deal with fixing it up!

I don't quite know how to describe this headband. Definitely reminds me of the 50s.

Now lastly, Ulta!

Just picked up the lightest shade of foundation I could find for a "dead" look for tomorrow as well as some Urban Decay Setting Spray so my makeup doesn't go haywire in the middle of the party.

I might decide to do these more often when I'm able to go to the mall. I hope you'll enjoy these little posts!

HAUL & REVIEW: Testerkorea.com!

Good morning darlings! Hope you had an enjoyable weekend. I suffered with a bad headache most of the time, but thankfully my hunnie was there to be with me & take care of me. My little love had a virus for the last few days & had to go to the doctors on Friday. He's been running a fever as a result of teething. My poor baby, but now he's doing better, so momma is content! :D Let's get on with the haul & review!

 

I don't exactly remember where I heard about TesterKorea, Tumblr maybe, but I'm extremely happy I decided to check the website out. I love this website. I love it just as much as I love Kpoptown, but what I like about this website more than others, is the sample section! 

Instead of buying an entire product you may not even like, they have a specific section for samples & it's not just 1-5 samples, it's 10 samples that are very, very affordable! TesterKorea has many lines of cosmetics, some I've never even heard of & they don't just have cosmetics! TesterKorea also has home goods, foods, & jewelry. 

Site navigation is simple & easy. Everything is easy to find. Prices are set on won, but on the sidebar is an exchange rate table, which makes it easy to figure out accurate prices of the products. What I also just found out, was that if the website doesn't have a particular product you're looking for, you can request that they put it up on their website in the Want Board & it will show up in the Want Section. Convenient right?! That's why I love TesterKorea so much [ so much I've already placed another order ].

It's quite a lot of stuff, especially the sample packs & freebies. This site is wonderful for getting a good amount of samples for a low price for a product you're thinking about trying. Definitely a gem to find. The shipping can also get you here, but it's to be expected since the items are shipping from another country. 

Overall, I definitely will [ & already have ] repurchase from TesterKorea. I love this website so much! Be on the lookout for reviews of the bigger products & mini-reviews on the samples. I have to figure out a date on when to post a review about them. I've already started using all these products as well. I can't wait to repurchase from this website.

Good morning darlings! Hope your weekend was amazing. My knee is feeling a lot better, & I was able to attend my godson's birthday party. I have another haul for you today. I originally wanted to put both my Kpoptown.com haul & eBay haul together, but I ended up needing to post one since all my eBay items didn't come in before I posted.

My first package comes from the seller cosmeticmarket2012. I've purchased many times from this eBay seller & I recommend this seller to everyone I come across that asks who or where I buy from. Here are the products:

Shipping is free on all items & the seller combines the products into one package ( I asked just in case ) when you buy. The items come in a brown box that's quite sturdy. None of the items packaging is damaged. As for how long shipping takes, I'd say I've waited around 2 weeks or less for my packages, even without having accurate tracking. Each packages has always come a few days before the estimated delivery time states. I'd probably purchase from this seller before going to any other seller, hands down. The prices are always low. Not as low as some other sellers, but considering how fast shipping is, I cannot complain one bit.

My second package come from the seller 1st_global_market. I think what drew me to this seller was the fact that the products prices are set at a very low price. Here are the products:

I was extremely excited to receive this. Shipping is also free on all items & items are combined in one package as well. Instead of a brown box, I got my items in a grey plastic package. Not very sturdy as the packaging of the items were a little messed up, but nothing I can't overlook. The prices, like I said, are very low. The seller does not include free samples with purchase, but I don't mind that either. Also, tracking is available. not very accurate or updated, but according to my tracking, my package was in the States on the 6th of this month. So nothing to bad. Definitely another seller I would recommend to anyone who asks.

Overall, I do enjoy buying from eBay. Could you get these items on Amazon? Yes, I'm sure, but I'm not a fan of Amazon at all. I've always bought my items off of eBay unless I had to buy on Amazon for another reason. No hate towards Amazon, I just don't like how they make you believe you're getting something for a low price & they hit you with the tax as you reach the page. My personal opinion though :)

HAUL & REVIEW: Kpoptown.com!

Good afternoon you gorgeous people. It’s Friday again, which means another weekend to relax & let loose. I don’t plan on doing much. ( This morning I hurt my knee pretty badly, so I really won't be doing much now. ) I won’t have my little one this weekend, which to me is a HUGE bummer. I miss his little face when he’s gone, but enough about all that! Today I’m bringing you my haul & review on Kpoptown.com.

Normally when I buy from websites that are overseas, I try to limit myself to buying only $50 worth of things, including tax. I feel bad spending to much as it is anyway. I was able to get some really good stuff with just $50!

Before anyone asks, I completely trust kpoptown.com. Their site is very easy to navigate & the prices of the products are very cheaply put, but you must watch the shipping price bc that’s where the total will get you. However, I do believe it depends on the product that is to be shipped. My shipping has never exceeded $15, considering the package is shipping from overseas. As for how fast the shipping is, I normally get my package WITHIN A WEEK OR WEEK & A HALF of purchasing. I have purchased twice from this website & both packages came within a short amount of time. You’d expect it to take longer considering the circumstances. I’ve never had a problem with getting the wrong items sent to me either, but that might be bc I’m only purchasing from the beauty section. I’ve heard some stories, but the only reason I personally shop on this website is for their beauty products, which they do have a wide range of. I can’t tell you about their customer support bc I’ve never needed to contact them for anything.

In all honesty, if you’re asking me to base this off the entire website, I couldn’t, but I can base a review on their beauty section. A definite 5/5. Everything I want is always there & always cheaply priced. I’ve even gone as far as to check other websites using the same products in my cart to see how the prices compare to each other & kpoptown.com always pulls through.

I plan to fully review each of the above products once I feel I have used them to give my opinion on them. As of right now, I am still in the process of using & reviewing the previous products I have from other Korean cosmetic brands. Please continue to look forward to my blog posts & support me! I’m doing my best to give you all my honest reviews on these products no matter what I have to do. :D
